George Sutton is the Vice President of National Operations for Teligent, where he has
overall responsibility for the company's central Network Operations Organization,
including the Network Operations Centers and Network/Service Provisioning.
Before joining Teligent in
1997, Mr. Sutton, who has 20 years of experience in telecommunications engineering and
operation, was Executive Vice President of Engineering and Operations at In-Flight Phone
Corporation.
Prior to In-Flight, Mr. Sutton
held various engineering management positions during a 12-year career at MCI
Telecommunications. During his five years in the United States Air Force, Mr. Sutton
served as a Telecommunications Systems Controller.
Mr. Sutton attended Capital
College where he majored in Telecommunications in the B.S.E.E.T. program and also holds an
Applied Sciences Degree in Telecommunications from the University of Maryland/C.C.A.F. |
