Mr. McMurtry has been with RIM since 1993 and has been responsible for a
broad range of sales and marketing activities. Mr. McMurtry became VP Sales in 1997. Mr.
McMurtry studied Interdisciplinary Science at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and prior
to joining RIM, he was product manager for the RDM Corporation.
