| Mr. Oslan, CEO of Wireless OnLine, Inc. has a comprehensive record
of executive and managerial success compiled at Ameritech and CNET Inc. As President and
COO of CNET Inc., he revitalized this post-start-up software developer and negotiated its
acquisition by Glenayre in 1997. Prior to this, he spent eight years with Ameritech
Corporation where he excelled in several divisions including positions as Director of
Wireless Data Marketing, and Director of Business Development (Ameritech Mobile
Communications) and Director of Project Management (Ameritech Bell Group). He began his
career with AT&T subsidiary, Indiana Bell Telephone after earning a B.Sc. in
Quantitative Business Analysis form Indiana University. Mr. Oslan also completed an MBA in
