Brian Nerney

Clearwire Technologies, Inc. 

    
Prior to co-founding Clearwire in 1998, Mr. Nerney was Vice President of Corporate Development for Sierra Technologies and Sierra Networks, developers of secure, high-speed RF data communications equipment used in military and commercial applications.

Before joining Sierra in 1992, Mr. Nerney was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and strategic and financial planning at LTV's Aerospace and Defense company, a $2.5 billion producer of aircraft, missile and electronic systems. Mr. Nerney has also worked as an engineer at the Boeing Company and at NASA.

Mr. Nerney holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA with distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
