The Chief Engineer of TeleCommunication Systems, Mr. Morin brings over 20 years of experience in computer and telecommunications technologies including the design and development of voice, data and video networks; database management and information systems; and imaging and workgroup collaborative computing.

Mr. Morin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. He received a Master of Science degree from George Mason University in Systems Engineering.

Mr. Morin was one of the founding members of TeleCommunication Systems. Founded in 1987, TCS develops network application software and provides systems integration solutions for wireless and wireline networks.

Mr. Morin currently leads the Wireless Data Products development effort at TCS. These innovative products include enabling technology for web developers to create applications that enable mobile subscribers to remain connected to the World Wide Web. With TCS enabling technology, email, stock quotes, corporate data, weather, news, sports – virtually any information available on the web can be sent directly to a wireless phone, pager or palm device.
