| Anurag Mendhekar is the director of production of Yahoo! Everywhere,
Yahoo!’s initiative to make Yahoo! accessible from any information appliance beyond
the desktop. As the director of production, Mendhekar oversees the development of all
products and services in line with the Yahoo! Everywhere strategy. A co-founder of Online
Anywhere, the company Yahoo! acquired in June 1999, Mendhekar was formerly a member of the
Research Staff at Xerox Research PARC. His focus at Xerox was advanced programming
languages and software engineering tools. His extensive experience in programming
languages is augmented by expertise in software methodologies and architectures for
image-processing systems. Mendhekar holds Ph.D. and MS degrees in Computer Science from
Indiana University and has authored nearly a dozen technical documents and specifications
on a variety of design and programming subjects. Mendhekar has five patents pending
