Teligent

As Senior Vice President of Teligent’s new E-Business Group, Mr. McKinney has the responsibility of leading the company’s entry into the world of e-commerce and Web applications. Previously, Mr. McKinney was Teligent’s Chief Information Officer responsible for developing and deploying Teligent’s corporate information and billing systems.

While CIO, Mr. McKinney led the development of e•magineSM, an interactive, Web-based business management tool that transforms a customer’s communications bill into a simple, predictable package. Using their Internet browser, customers can access their billing and account information anytime they choose - virtually any way they like.

Teligent offers customers significant savings on local, long distance, Internet and other advanced communications services in 40 major markets throughout the United States, using proven digital SmartWave™ networks and other advanced technologies. Small and medium-sized businesses, in particular, will benefit from the company’s offerings of reliable, value-priced, high-bandwidth products, including voice, high-speed data, Internet access and audio and video conferencing.

Before joining Teligent, Mr. McKinney was director of consulting services for Computer Sciences Corporation’s Telecommunications Industry Services division. In that position, he oversaw CSC client relationships worldwide covering a wide range of technologies.

Earlier, he served as CSC’s director of product management and marketing, supervising the design, development and marketing of domestic and international billing and customer care systems in 20 countries. He also was CSC’s director of operations, with responsibility for managing CSC data centers that provided support for more than 100 communication companies in North America and Asia.
