As Director of Nokia’s Global Strategic Partnership Program, Ms. Hamilton is involved in research, identification, creation and management of business relationships between Nokia and selected Fortune 500 and third party software and hardware partners. She also develops strategies and business plans for strategic partner groups within Nokia as well as numerous other responsibilities.

Ms. Hamilton brings over 11 years of industry experience to Nokia. Prior to joining Nokia, she was Regional Sales Manager for Lucent Technologies (Computer Telephony Products). In this position, she managed market development programs and spearheaded the acquisition of OEM clients. Previously she was a Technical Trainer for Hewlett Packard, where she specialized in RSA and DES encryption algorithm programming on SIM’s, In addition to being responsible for web site development of Internet-based training curriculum, she also instructed application programmers designing transaction processing software. Before Hewlett Packard, Ms. Hamilton worked for Philip Morris USA and Apple Computer (Claris Corporation - software subsidiary).

Ms. Hamilton received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Chemistry from Colorado State University.

She has received honors from Lucent Technologies President's Club, Sigma Iota Epsilon and the Junior Affiliates of the American Chemical Society. She is also an active participant in several community service organizations.
