The Web is quickly evolving into a medium accessed by a range of wireless devices,
and ISPs will need to begin to address the challenge of how to provide Internet content to
wireless devices with limited display capabilities. A method for overcoming this issue is
server-based technology that converts existing Web content for a variety of wireless
devices. This discussion centers around the effective use of content conversion tools to
bridge the gap found in information access wireless devices, and how those tools can be
integrated by ISPs, device manufacturers, and content providers to reduce cost, improve
performance, and build new revenue streams.
