Jeremy Guralnick, Senior Vice President Strategic Marketing and Chief Scientist, is principally responsible for operations research, including service provision congestion modeling and quality of service (QoS). He has 17 years of technical and general management experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, with emphasis on product development, business planning, financial controls, marketing, and development of a broad-based knowledge of the world telecommunications market. Additionally, he has15 years of direct design experience in digital hardware and software systems with emphasis on processor developments and secure data transmissions. His extensive product development experience in satellite and cellular communications systems for both commercial and military applications is invaluable.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, and undertook One Year postgraduate studies in Electrical Engineering at the University of California, San Diego.
