Mr. Musey is a Managing
Director and Senior Satellite Communications Analyst with Banc of America Securities. He
publishes on all major satellite groups of the satellite industry including satellite
television (DBS), satellite radio (DARS), satellite telephony (MSS) and satellite capacity
leasing (FSS). Mr. Musey was ranked the #1 satellite communications analyst by the
Greenwich Associates for 2000, the #3 satellite communication analyst by Institutional
Investor Magazine and as a top stock picker in The Wall Street Journal’s “All
Star” 2000 analyst survey.
Mr. Musey joined Banc of America Securities in April 1999. Previously,
he was the Senior Satellite Communications Analyst at C.E. Unterberg, Towbin. He also
worked as an Industry Analyst in the satellite communications group at Merrill Lynch.
Prior to his career in equity research, Mr. Musey worked as an investment banker.
Mr. Musey is a graduate of the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of
Management at Northwestern University and holds a bachelors degree from the University of
Chicago. His is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the New York
Society of Security Analysts.
