Frank G. Huebner
is a founder and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Scientist since 1995.
Huebner is primarily responsible for researching product concepts and maintaining
ViaCast’s state-of-the-art technological edge over the competition. Huebner was
instrumental in ViaCast pursuing development of DVB standards into its products.
He previously founded and owned several companies in the fiber optics
industry. Huebner also served in “black ops” capacity at Lockheed Missiles and
Space Company, where he was Chief Scientist, developing communication and cryptology
technologies.
Huebner holds a MS in Computer Science degree from Stanford University.
