Jim Britain is currently the
vice president of sales for NDS Group plc (NASDAQ/EASDAQ: NNDS), a News Corporation (NYSE:
NWS) company and a leader in providing business solutions to content owners and TV
channels through sophisticated interactive TV technology. In his role, Mr. Britain is
leading NDS to a leadership position of interactive television applications and
datacasting.
Mr. Britain has spent 25 years in the communications industry,
with senior positions in operations, marketing, research, finance and sales. Prior to NDS,
Mr. Britain was vice president of sales for DigitalXpress, a division of the Boeing
Satellite Group, which delivered via satellite, digital video, audio and data streaming to
Fortune 500 companies both domestically and internationally.
