Terms and Conditions of Registration

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION: 1. It is expressly agreed that ACT Conferences will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever suffered directly or indirectly by any person(s) during or in connection with any activities of this conference. 2. ACT Conferences reserves the right to make changes in the programs and speakers. ACT Conferences reserves the right to cancel any programs as well as the conference if registration criteria are not met or when conditions beyond ACT Conferences’ control exist. ACT Conferences’ liability is limited to the return of the registration fee only, should a program or the conference be cancelled. ACT Conferences will attempt to contact every registrant should program or conference be cancelled. 3. No registration is confirmed until ACT Conferences has received full payment of registration fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: All registrations carry a 20% liability after ACT Conferences has processed and completed a registration. To obtain an 80% refund, cancellations must be sent in writing to ACT Conferences P.O. Box 14421, Springfield MO 65814-0421 by November 11, 2002. After November 11, 2002   the full conference fee is payable. Substitutions are accepted at any time. Please notify ACT Conferences of such substitutions. PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment must be received prior to the conference in order to attend any programs associated with the event. The following payment methods are accepted: 1. Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, and American Express; 2 . Checks made payable to ACT Conferences; and 3. Money Orders made payable to ACT Conferences.
