Marc S. Berger is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Licensing Group of Fenwick & West LLP.

Mr. Berger is resident in the D.C. office and his practice concentrates on structuring and negotiating strategic transactions for a variety of technology clients.

Mr. Berger has written and given presentations on the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act, as well as issues related to the development of global, high-speed networks and the legal regulations associated with the delivery of broadband media and entertainment content.

Mr. Berger received his undergraduate education at Penn State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Management and International Business. He attended law school and business school at the University of Miami, graduating with a JD/MBA in 1998.
