| Stephen Rochereau Managing Director Stephen Rochereau is a Managing Director of SpaceVest. Previously, Mr. Rochereau co-founded a merchant bank and buy-out fund primarily focused on businesses developing system products in networking. Mr. Rochereau was also a principal and financial officer of small manufacturing companies in various technology areas. Mr. Rochereau was a marketing manager with Burroughs (now Unisys) at its system software subsidiary, System Development Corporation. Prior to Burroughs, Mr. Rochereau was affiliated with International Energy Associates (now part of Ogden) in a project finance role, and with Booz·Allen & Hamilton, Inc., in a financial management consulting capacity. He completed his BA in International Financial Economics at the Institute of Political Sciences, Paris, France; graduated with an MBA in Industrial Marketing and Finance from the Graduate School of Business Administration, Chamber of Commerce of Paris, France; and received his PhD in Systems Analysis and Planning from Cornell University.
