| David Finkelstein Senior Vice President Mr. David Finkelstein joined SkyBridge in 1998 as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Prior to joining SkyBridge, Mr. Finkelstein worked for the international division of British Telecom ("BT"), where, as Director of Business Development for BT Europe, he was responsible for establishing a number of international joint ventures to compete in the global telecommunications markets. While at BT, he also held several senior sales and marketing management positions at the European and country operations levels. Before joining BT, Mr. Finkelstein held various senior sales and marketing positions in the computer hardware and services industry, in both Europe and the United States. He has also worked as a management consultant with Touche Ross & Co. in New York. Mr. Finkelstein received a B.S. Degree in Economics and Computer Sciences from the University of California at Los Angeles, and an MBA from Stanford University. Main Conference
