Rob has been speaking on
several Internet satellite related conferences around the world in his former job. He
combines his technical background with commercial aspects and will bring his vision of the
future with some doze of humor. Rob worked as Marketing and Sales Manager for Philips
Electronics in the field of PC Cards, moved over to Philips Digital Networks where he
pioneered as one of the first in the IP over DVB world on a worldwide level. After being
successful in this data broadcast world, evangulating the world about the future of
broadband internet, he moved over to Deuromedia GmbH Software development House based in
Germany and Rumania. At the moment Rob is responsible for driving the Market Development
within Deuromedia for Broadband IP in Europe and the Americas in this very exciting market
of internet-broadcast technology.
