| Mr. Waye is Director
of Business Development. In this capacity he assists Commonwealth Associates' portfolio
companies to grow by leveraging our strategic relationships and senior corporate contacts. Prior to joining Commonwealth, Mr. Waye held various positions within American International Group's (AIG) Financial Services companies. He had primary responsibility for developing and managing key relationships among AIG's $10 billion private equity investor base. Mr. Waye previously led Motorola's and Unisys' NY based Financial Services Marketing efforts. He received his MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago and holds a BS in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Syracuse University. Main Conference Page | Overview
