| Leslie Townsend is
Vice-President of Marketing with Wireless Dimensions Corp., a developer of solutions for
the wireless web. She has been involved in the wireless industry for the past 20 years.
Prior to joining Wireless Dimensions, Ms. Townsend founded Marketfinders, a
high-technology market research and consulting firm, in 1987, servicing the wireless and
telecom industries. Through Marketfinders, she has experience working with carriers on
four continents plus the Caribbean. Prior to Marketfinders, she was a Senior Consultant
with International Resource Development, a consulting company to the telecom marketplace.
