Ms. Hswe is a Senior Analyst in The Strategis Group’s Wireless Practice, with a focus on wireless data services and the paging industry. She is the primary author of The Strategis Group’s publications on the paging industry: State of the US Paging Industry and PageTRAC. In addition, she has co-authored four studies on the wireless data industry, US Mobile Data Marketplace: 1999, US Wireless Portals: Strategies and Forecasts, and Smartphones and Wireless PDAs and Mobile E-commerce.

Ms. Hswe is frequently quoted in the trade press and has been involved in consulting and market research projects relating to paging infrastructure, enhanced services and narrowband PCS services. As part of these projects, she has performed forecast projections, market segmentation and sizing analyses, as well as pricing and distribution proposals.
