| Peter
Holland has extensive management and operational experience in the wireless
telecommunications industry. Throughout his career, Holland founded several startup
communications companies. Prior to joining InfoMove, he was most recently president of
Teletronics Management Services, a consulting firm recently purchased by WesTower
Communications. Teletronics specializes in program management and site development for
wireless network operators throughout North America. In addition, Holland was a managing
partner at Nexus Cellular, a cellular operating partnership comprised of senior McCaw
Cellular executives in Tennessee. He was also a founding member and president of the Young
