| Mr.
Buckenhams impressive background in executive management and consulting in the
telecommunications industry uniquely qualify him as president of WebLink Wireless. Over
the past two decades, Buckenham has held strategic business management, development
management and advisory roles in public and private manufacturing companies and
consultancy firms. In his current position, Buckenham is responsible for the day-to-day
operations of one of the fastest growing providers of wireless messaging and the only one
to boast a NAFTA-wide and beyond wireless network. Prior to being named president of WebLink Wireless in November 1997, Buckenham was the companys executive vice president and general manager of PCS. In that position, he led the strategic development, design and implementation of WebLinks narrowband PCS (NPCS) network infrastructure and service/product offerings. Before WebLink, Buckenham served as president of Touchtone Solutions, Inc., a telecommunications and voice response software and services company. Previously, Buckenham was vice president, and subsequently president, of Aquanautics Corporation. Prior to Aquanautics, Buckenham worked with Bain & Co. as a senior consultant to companies in the voice processing, technology, finance and health care industries. Buckenham holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering from Canterbury University, New Zealand.
