Rick Talbot was director of strategic planning at Broadwing Communications where he oversaw the planning of Broadwing’s network. He has, during his 23-year telecommunications career, held various engineering and marketing positions with such service providers as Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and WilTel, as well as the global manufacturer Alcatel.
Mr. Talbot is a member of the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers and a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from Trinity University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
