| Kent
joins Geyser Networks from Alcatel USA where he was Vice President, Marketing for the
optical networking and transmission business in North America. In that position, he was
responsible for sales support, business development, product promotion and definition of
market requirements. Prior to the acquisition of DSC Communications by Alcatel, Kent
served in various marketing and product management positions within DSC Communications,
including a three-year assignment in Europe. Before joining DSC Communications, Kent was
with AT&T Network Systems and Bell Laboratories for six years. Kent received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering in 1987
and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering in 1988 from Purdue University.
