		Mark Lutkowitz, Vice President of Optical Networking Research at CIR, has over 18 years of experience in studying telecom network technologies and markets. In recent years, Mr. Lutkowitz has engaged in a considerable amount of work involving fiber optics including the analysis of SONET from OC-1 to OC-192. He is also considered an expert on DWDM and optical networking.
