| Jack Lodge is responsible for defining and positioning GiantLoop's portfolio
of offerings. Prior to joining GiantLoop Network, Mr. Lodge was a Director of Network and
Compute Services at Nortel Networks, where his responsibilities included network
architecture, strategy and roadmap. An early disciple of optical networking in the
Enterprise, Mr. Lodge drove a program to leverage the benefits of optical networking
across Nortel's 90,000-person employee base. Mr. Lodge joined Nortel via the 1998
acquisition of Bay Networks, where he held a number of IS management positions. Mr. Lodge
holds an MBA from Northeastern University, and a BA from the College of the Holy Cross.
