| Dana Hartgraves currently serves as vice president of marketing for
Metro-Optix. She has more than 17 years of 17 years of experience in the
telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Metro-Optix, Hartgraves was director of
sales for competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) customers at Alcatel USA. During her
extensive tenure at Alcatel, Hartgraves held a wide variety of positions in research and
development, network engineering and marketing - both product marketing and product line
management. During one period at Alcatel, Hartgraves spent eight years in marketing and
was senior director of marketing for their Optical Networks Business Unit. Hartgraves has
extensive experience in the metro, backbone and access optical transport and dense wave
division multiplexer (DWDM) areas of the network. Hartgraves earned her bachelor of
science in electrical engineering from Texas A&M and master of business administration
from the University of Texas at Dallas.
