Bill Wisniewski, 53, has been
Vice President Business Administration with InterPacket since June 1999. Prior to joining
InterPacket Mr. Wisniewski was Vice President Business Development for WorldCom Inc.,
predecessor to MCI WorldCom, where he served in many capacities for 14 years negotiating
and implementing agreements with foreign administrations, arranging and administering
contract terms and conditions suitable to the international marketplace. Prior to
WorldCom, Mr. Wisniewski served for more than 14 years as Vice President Engineering and
Operations and in other management capacities at Mutual Broadcasting System, a US radio
network. During his tenure at Mutual, Bill assembled and directed the technical team that
converted the 900 station landline radio network to an early satellite distribution
technology.
