Harold (Pete) Wills is executive vice president and chief operating officer for PSINet. Wills, who also serves on the company's board of directors, oversees all aspects of the company's domestic and international operations, including corporate services, wholesale, and network services.

Before joining PSINet in April 1996, Wills was chief operating officer for Hospitality Information Networks, Inc., Lanham, Md., where he planned, designed, and implemented a private Internet-based multimedia broadcast network for the hospitality industry.

Wills previously served as managing director, international computer services, for London-based Granada Group PLC, one of Europe's largest computer maintenance providers. In addition, he served as director of administration for Rank Xerox Corporation, where he was instrumental in improving several areas such as cash management, customer administration, systems development, and sales support. He was also a supervisor for IBM's Federal Systems Division. Wills received an M.S.B. degree from Columbia University.
