Chuck is executive vice president of Unwired Planet based in Redwood Shores, California.

Before joining Unwired Planet, Mr. Parrish was vice president of marketing for GTE Mobile Communications and the general manager of the Mobile Data Division of GTE.

Prior to that, he was senior vice president, operations of Contel Cellular and co-founder, president and CEO of Americom Corporation.

Mr. Parrish was Chief of Staff of the Department of Interior under the Carter Administration.
