Dr. Pierre Humblet

CTO

Astral Point Communications
  
Pierre A. Humblet is the CTO of AstralPoint Communications of Chelmsford, Massachusetts. He holds a degree in electrical Engineering from the University of Louvain (Belgium) and the MSEE and Ph.D degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to joining AstralPoint Communications in 1998 he had been a professor of Electrical Engineering at MIT and Head of the Mobile Communications Department at the Eurecom Institute (Sophia-Antipolis, France). He has more than twenty years of consulting experience with the communications industry, holds 12 issued patents and has published about 80 scientific articles. He is a Fellow of the IEEE.
