Description:
In order to design, configure and operate Next Generation Optical Networks that
transport a variety of payload formats, a comprehensive suite of network management
applications are needed. These applications must address the challenges resulting from
transparent handling of payload formats and flexible traffic patterns, network topologies
and configurations. This presentation will elaborate on the network management application
suite and associated requirements.
